Gameplay overview
Matches use fast third-person 6v6 combat. The roster is divided into Vanguards, Duelists, and Strategists, covering front-line durability, damage pressure, and support or sustain while still giving individual heroes distinct movement and utility. Team-Up abilities create special interactions between compatible characters, and dynamic environmental destruction can open or remove cover, change routes, and reshape parts of Marvel locations during a match. Confirmed gameplay information includes Team-Up abilities and environmental destruction.
Match format: 6v6.
Story, setting, or main mode
The game’s setting is a collision of Marvel realities caused by a Timestream Entanglement. Heroes and villains from different points in the Multiverse meet across locations such as Yggsgard, Tokyo 2099, and other maps shaped by the ongoing seasonal story. The main experience is competitive PvP across objective-based modes. Seasonal updates add maps, characters, events, and temporary modes without replacing the permanent 6v6 team-shooter foundation.
