How to redeem the codes
Follow the instructions for the device or redemption method used by Genshin Impact. Enter each code exactly as shown and confirm the correct account, server, character, and platform before submitting.
Web browser — all devices
- Open the official Genshin Impact gift page.
- Sign in to the linked HoYoverse account.
- Select the correct server and character nickname.
- Enter the code and submit it.
- Collect the reward from in-game mail.
PC, Android, PlayStation 5, and Xbox — in game
- Reach the required Adventure Rank for the code.
- Open the Paimon menu and choose Settings.
- Open Account and select Redeem Code.
- Enter the code and confirm.
- Collect the reward from in-game mail.
iPhone and iPad
- Use the official web redemption page when the in-game code option is not available.
- Return to the game and collect the reward from mail.
Code limits and expiry
Most Genshin Impact codes require Adventure Rank 10 and can be claimed once per account. Livestream codes usually expire within hours, while GENSHINGIFT may be available only for eligible or newer accounts.

Genshin Impact sends code rewards through in-game mail. Open the mailbox after a successful redemption to collect Primogems, Mora, experience materials, food, enhancement ore, and Hero's Wit.

Why a code may not work
Common causes include an expired redemption window, a region or platform restriction, a one-use-per-account limit, an unmet progression requirement, a full redemption quota, or a typing error.
Check capitalization and spacing first. If the code still fails, compare the account region and eligibility with the notes in the active table before treating the code as expired.
